UKMT

The UK Mathematics Trust was founded in 1996 and aims to advance the education of young people in mathematics. They do this by working with hundreds of volunteers across the UK to organise competitions promoting problem solving and teamwork and other mathematical enrichment activities.

UKMT competitions are the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Mathematical Challenges. The Junior and Intermediate Mathematical Challenge are generally an hour long and the Senior Mathematical Challenge takes 90 minutes. The test papers contain 25 multiple choice questions.

How we can help?

We prepare students to succeed in UKMT Maths competitions, through developing their analytical and logical reasoning skills. We focus on improving their mathematics competency and strengthen their confidence to apply, evaluate, interpret, and analyse what they have learned to be successful in the competition.
